Return policy:
For all Fountain Tech product returns, we will refund fully minus
shipping if products are returned in new, saleable condition. Please
call or email first for a RGA (return goods authorization) number. we must also charge a 25%
restocking fee.
Shipping Policy:
Fountain Mountain ships insured UPS whenever possible. We are based
in California, so ground shipments to the east coast normally take
5-6 business days. Shipments to the midwest and central region take,
on average, 3-4 business days (ground). Shipments to southern California
normally take one business day, to northern California, Nevada and
Arizona, two business days. We try to ship the same day of order
for all orders placed by 2pm Pacific time. Note that UPS
does not typically travel on weekends. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd day shipping
options are measured in UPS time (they do not count weekend days).
