We prefer shopping cart orders for retail customers. If you need to contact us, please have specific questions ready. Email requests for information should take no more than a day during a business week. Fountain pumps and lights are shipped the next business day. Please understand we are a wholesaler and we offer our pumps at discounted retail for replacements of our Fountain Tech Pumps, feel free to call with questions, but if you can order online, do so to save yourself money and our accounting department lots of time. There is no charge for items not in the shopping cart.
